Cancellation Notice:

  • We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your parking reservation. This helps us manage our parking availability and serve other customers who may need a space.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your reservation, please contact us through one of the following methods:
  • Please include your reservation number and contact details in your cancellation request to help us process it quickly.

Refunds:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded. Please note that for any refunds issued, we kindly ask our customers to allow 5-10 working days for the process to be completed. We use Stripe for our transactions, and this time-frame aligns with their recommended processing period. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time, we will do our best to accommodate and may offer a partial refund or credit towards future parking, depending on the circumstances.

No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not arrive to use your reserved parking space and have not contacted us to cancel, the reservation will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that emergencies can happen, so please contact us if there were extenuating circumstances affecting your arrival.

Late Arrivals and Early Departures:

  • We understand that travel plans can change at the last minute. If you arrive late or need to leave your cruise parking earlier than expected, please let us know. While we cannot guarantee refunds for unused time, we will consider each case individually.

Changes to Reservations:

  • If you need to change your reservation (e.g., dates, vehicle details), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate your request based on availability and any price differences.
