Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Southampton Park and Cruise service and website. By booking with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

Bookings

All bookings made through Southampton Park and Cruise are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our own discretion.

Prices and Payment

The price of our parking services will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

Cancellations and Amendments

We recognise that travel plans can evolve. Accordingly, we accommodate modifications or cancellations to your parking reservation, provided they are made within the time-frame stipulated in our cancellation policy, which requires a 24-hour notice period. For detailed information or assistance with your reservation, please consult your reservation confirmation or contact our support team directly.

Liability

Southampton Park and Cruise’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the services.

Vehicles and Keys

You must ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy and holds a valid MOT certificate if applicable. Unlike traditional parking services, at Southampton Park and Cruise, we require that you keep your vehicle’s keys. Our unique parking arrangement means you’ll park your vehicle in a designated spot and retain your keys, offering you peace of mind and convenience. This policy ensures that you have full control over your vehicle upon your return.

Transportation

Transportation to and from the cruise terminal is included as part of the service provided by Southampton Park and Cruise, except for customers who opt for the ‘No Transfer’ option at the time of booking. While we strive to ensure timely transfers, please note that we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by traffic conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers selecting the ‘No Transfer’ option are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the cruise terminal.

Security

While Southampton Park and Cruise takes all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your vehicle, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents, except where such loss or damage is due to our negligence.

Force Majeure

Southampton Park and Cruise shall not be in breach of this agreement, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under this agreement arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions, or accidents beyond our reasonable control.

Complaints

Should you have any complaints about the service you have received from Southampton Park and Cruise, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Southampton Park and Cruise does not assume responsibility for:

  1. Providing insurance coverage for you, your vehicle, or any items within it.
